Yes, somehow my penpals thought my mailbox was overweight and decided to put it on diet, hehe. Last week I did not get any mail at all, and this week, I only got mail today. Well, at least it lets me decreasing the big pile of pending letters I have, so I shouldn't complain, but still, my mailbox doesn't like it when it doesn't have food for too many days in a row! D:
Anyway. Here's what I got today. No letters, but a tea swap from the swapping group I'm part of on Facebook:
All these teas sound so yummy, and they smell so nice! I can't wait to try them all! And my partner also add a Christmas card, how nice from her!
There also was something else in my mailbox: a mysterious Christmas card.
I have no idea who's the sender, really. According to the stamp it comes from the UK, I have one penpal there but it's not from her, I don't recognize her handwriting. Strange. Well, anyway, thank you, mysterious sender! :)
Have you ever receive "mysterious" mail, too?
Now let's move on to the outgoing mail. Yes, I managed to write letters this week! :P The first one is to Jenny N. in the Netherlands. Actually I had already written most of it last week, but I finished it this week only.
And I've also just finished an all winter themed letter to Teresa in the USA! I just love using winter stationery <3
That's all! Yes, quite short update today. My week hasn't been very busy concerning mail, so...
Tomorrow I'm going to mail out Christmas presents to my penpals, but I won't post pictures here, because I know some read my blog and I don't want to spoil them the surprise!
Love, Tári
Teaaaaa~ yumi! :9
RépondreSupprimerisn't "make mine a mail day" a project? oO
RépondreSupprimerI don't think so, as I haven't taken part in any Christmas cards project...
SupprimerI know that handwriting on mysterious postcard ^^ you must have participated in Make my day at some point and now you've got a card as a surprise ^^
RépondreSupprimerOh yes, that must be the explanation. Thank you!
SupprimerIt is from me, I sent everyone who has taken part in my blog a postcard, I guess everyone knows it as make my day but the actual blog address is 'make mine a mail day' so if you typed it in that would have come up. Tanuki definately know as we write to each other :P. I am blogging all my postcards on my bursts of bubbles blogs which is why its not obvious I guess on make my day.
RépondreSupprimerActually the sentence on the card was a complete mystery for me! Sorry :( That's probably because I found this card when coming back from uni after a long day, so my brain was no longer working then :P
SupprimerAnyway, thank you very much! It's such a nice gesture :)
